The Skims Platform provides users with access to a variety of digital services through its website and mobile application, offering an enhanced shopping experience. Users of the Platform can browse products, make purchases, and take advantage of different features designed to improve their interaction with the brand. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, users confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions governing its use. If users disagree with any aspect of these terms, they must stop using the Platform immediately. Continuing to use the Platform after any changes to the terms signifies acceptance of the revised conditions. The Company retains the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform without prior notice.

The Platform allows users to perform a range of actions, including shopping for merchandise, creating and managing personal accounts, leaving product reviews, joining waitlists, subscribing to promotional content, and participating in marketing offers or surveys. Some of these activities may require users to submit personal information, which is processed in line with the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 or older, or minors accessing the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, users confirm they meet these eligibility criteria.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information, including login credentials. Any activities that occur under a user’s account are considered authorized by that user, even if they did not personally perform those actions. If users suspect their account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, they must immediately notify the Company. All personal information provided, whether during account creation, checkout, or other interactions with the Platform, must be accurate and up to date. Users must also refrain from impersonating others or providing false information.

All product-related details, including descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability, are subject to change without prior notice. A user’s order represents an offer to purchase a product, and it is only considered accepted once the payment has been processed and confirmed. The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion. This can occur for a variety of reasons, including stock shortages, pricing errors, system malfunctions, or suspicions of fraudulent activity. Delivery time estimates provided at the time of purchase are only approximations and are not guaranteed, as external factors or carrier delays may affect shipment timing. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage during transit is transferred to the customer.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Company’s Return Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Platform if there is a breach of these terms. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where arbitration provisions apply. These terms, along with the Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the full agreement between the user and Skims Body, Inc. regarding the use of the Platform, replacing any previous agreements or understandings.
